چکیده
Abstract There is evidence for the beneficial effects of forage peanut on nutritive value and fermentation profile silages; however, its sugarcane silage have not been determined. The objective study was to evaluate chemical composition, profile, microbial dry matter recovery (DMR) containing various amounts (Arachis pintoi cv. Belmonte) (0%, 25%, 50%, 75% a fresh basis), treated or untreated with Lactobacillus buchneri. A completely randomized 4 × 2 factorial design used three replications. interaction between levels inoculant influenced concentrations matter, crude protein, neutral detergent fiber acid fiber, organic acids ethanol, populations lactic bacteria yeast, gas effluent losses, DMR. Forage had hemicellulose, insoluble nitrogen, pH, ammonia nitrogen. Increasing proportions increased protein content decreased in silage, while also reducing production ethanol effluent. We recommend inclusion 40%–75% ensilage improve composition profile. Furthermore, inoculation L. buchneri associated increases concentration antifungal decreases yeast population production.

1,3-Propanediol:NAD+ oxidoreductases of Lactobacillus brevis and Lactobacillus buchneri.
In the cofermentation of glycerol with a sugar by Lactobacillus brevis and Lactobacillus buchneri, a 1,3-propanediol:NAD+ oxidoreductase provides an additional method of NADH disposal. The enzyme has been purified from both L. brevis B22 and L. buchneri B190 and found to have properties very similar to those reported for the enzyme from Klebsiella pneumoniae. The enzymes required Mn2+ and are p...
متن کاملThe effect of Lactobacillus buchneri 40788 or Lactobacillus plantarum MTD-1 on the fermentation and aerobic stability of corn silages ensiled at two dry matter contents.
Whole-plant corn was harvested at 33 (normal) and 41% (moderately high) dry matter (DM) and ensiled in quadruplicate 20-L laboratory silos to investigate the effects of Lactobacillus buchneri 40788 (LB) or L. plantarum MTD-1 (LP) alone, or in combination, on the fermentation and aerobic stability of the resulting silage. Aerobic stability was defined as the amount of time after exposure to air ...

Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the crude protein fractionation, in vitro gas production and the biological effects of tannins in alfalfa silage treated with different levels of pistachio by-products (PB) extract. PB was soaked in water with a ratio of 1:5 (w/v) for 12 h. After filtering and concentrating, the crude extract was added to fresh alfalfa to a final concentration of 1%, 2...

This study investigated the effects of wilting and Lactobacillus buchneri inoculation on fermentation end products, DM recovery, nutritive characteristics and aerobic stability in organically grown triticale-fava bean intercrop silages. For this purpose, a bi-crop of triticale (× Triticosecale Wittm.) and fava bean (Vicia faba L.) was established on an old low-input mixed sward (Lolium perenne-...
متن کاملPurification of Buchnericin LB Produced by Lactobacillus buchneri LB
Buchnericin LB produced by Lactobacillus buchneri LB was purified to homogeneity by a rapid and simple three-step purification procedure including freeze drying, silicic acid adsorption/desorption and cation-exchange chromatography. After the silicic acid and cation-exchange chromatography steps, the activity of buchnericin LB was recovered by 85 and 25%, and its purity increased about 111 and ...
